Blanton Hamilton is a partner in Tribek Properties. Prior to starting his career in real estate development he worked in the financial sector as an investment banker. He has a life partner, four children and three grandchildren.

Anita grew up in London, England where she began her commercial real estate career in airport management working on the construction team for the 5th terminal at British Airports Authority and Gatwick Airport’s North Terminal projects.  She emigrated to the US with Piedmont Airlines in 1985, and after a short period staying home to raise her two boys, she went back into the world of commercial real estate.

After a few years with Southern Real Estate, and 18 years with The Chambers Group, Anita brought her extensive knowledge of lease administration, property management, accounting and her recently acquired General Contractors License to Tribek Properties where she is now the Financial Controller/Property Manager.

Anita’s two sons graduated college and now both reside in Charlotte.  She is passionate about real estate, is addicted to HGTV and loves to flip houses and work on her own house in her spare time.  She holds a real estate brokers license in North and South Carolina and is a licensed General Contractor.  Anita volunteers at the Dove’s Nest program and is dedicated to helping women become successful.
