Commercial and industrial development involves projects that help businesses and boost the economy. Commercial spaces include retail stores, office buildings, and mixed-use properties designed for easy access and customer interaction. Industrial spaces are warehouses, factories, and distribution centers that prioritize efficiency and transport access. Both types are crucial for local economies and growth in their sectors.
