RiverWest Industrial Park is Tribek’s first industrial development, which consists of two speculative warehouse buildings in Belmont, NC (Gaston County) totaling more than 600,000 square feet of Class A industrial space. The development is strategically located near I-85.

Tribek Partners has worked with big box retailers, specialty retailers, grocery stores and drug stores.

Mixed-Use Developments
Tribek Properties also has valuable experience in developing mixed-use properties, as evidenced by Morrison Plantation in Mooresville and the Village at Robinhood in Winston-Salem.
Adaptive Re-Use
Tribek developed The Shop, a 41,500 SF mixed-use project located at the gateway to North End from Uptown. The project offers 36,500 SF of adaptive re-use in existing masonry buildings and a new 5,000 SF build-to-suit opportunity on a prime-corner location.

Tribek Properties recently worked with Bank of South Carolina to develop and construct their 5th office location in Charleston, South Carolina.
